Thai “Freeze Fried” Ice Cream Looks Amazing

A new thai “freeze fried” ice cream trend has hit London just in time for Spring, and you’re not going to want to miss it. Brought to you by Pan-N-Ice, you can enjoy hand-crafted ice cream rolls in a variety of flavours. 

You don’t even have to be a fan of thai food for this mouth-watering sweet treat. There’s many flavours to choose from including: Krispy Kreme donut, Oreo, Chocolate cheesecake and a low fat frozen yoghurt flavour. The possibilities seem endless, and if you head to the Pan-N-Ice Instagram, you can watch the process in its freeze fried action.

 

As you can see, after choosing your base, topping and sauce, the ice cream is then mashed, diced and freeze fried on a metal plate infront of you.

There is only one downside to this whole situation. If you’re not a resident of London, you’re out of luck (for now) as the only place that you can receive this tasty snack so far is at Westfield Stratford every day from 11am to 9pm. However, with the success and exposure they’re receiving, it looks like expansion to other major cities is right around the corner.
